We automated the entire flow. The moment someone books, they get a confirmation email specific to their location the right address, the right instructions, everything they need for that exact site. Every reminder that follows is the same way. The owner hasn't manually sent an email since.

The shop phone forwarded to his personal cell. He never knew if a call was business or personal. Couldn't have multiple staff answer. Couldn't call out without giving away his number. No online booking. No contact list worth anything.
What we built
Shop number now routes through a system everyone on the team can use. Missed calls get an automatic text back. Online booking feeds directly into his workflow. Every customer who calls or books gets added to his contact list name, email, history without anyone doing it manually.
The situation
Members were submitting inquiries through a form on the website. The form was emailing an inbox nobody had access to. People were waiting days for a response or just leaving.
What we built
An AI now responds instantly, around the clock. It answers questions, handles common requests, and escalates when a human actually needs to step in. Churn rate dropped significantly once members actually started getting answers.
